Courtney has had a passion for working with dogs through her entire life. While a teen, she began working in a vet clinic and spent years working as a certified Vet Tech. While gaining expertise in handling dogs and learning canine body language and communication. She began working her way into the behavior side of her canine career.

After moving back to Montana in 2012 she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Psychology from Montana State University. While still at MSU, she began working with Bozeman Dog Company and soon advanced to become a dog trainer. Courtney has been a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers since 2018.
